We strive to make sure that orders are shipped out as quickly as possible, in many cases on the same day that the product was ordered. Orders ship from our fulfillment center in Ontario, California.
Domestic Shipping
Most orders placed by 12pm PST will ship on the same business day. Almost all orders are shipped within 1 business day, though in same cases shipping may take longer.
No shipping on weekends: Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the following business day.

We can ship Cell Ranger products anywhere in the world.

Please note that international customers are responsible for paying any import taxes, duties, and customs fees.

Are Cell Ranger products compatible work with my carrier?
The Cell Ranger PORT and STIX are compatible every US and Canadian carrier, except for iDEN networks (legacy Nextel, Southern LINC, and MiKE). European carriers use different frequency bands are are not supported by our current products.
Are Cell Ranger products compatible with my phone/datacard?
Our products boost both normal voice and 3G data frequency bands, so no matter which cell phone or data card you have, Cell Ranger is compatible.
Carriers and phones using the iDEN technology are the only cellular devices our products don’t support. Nextel, Southern LINC, and MiKE are the only carriers that make use of iDEN technology.
