If you’re not happy with Cell Ranger, return it within our 30 day money-back guarantee period for a complete refund.
GetCellRanger offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all products sold through this website. Cell Ranger products bought from other websites cannot be returned to us.
Returning your product
For a return to be accepted, products should be returned in good condition, with all items and packaging accounted for.
You must have contacted us and received a Return Authorization before returning any items. Items returned to us without an RMA number may be charged a restocking fee. To return your purchase, please request an RMA.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of the return being received. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Faulty units/warranty repair
If your Cell Ranger develops any problems, you can contact the Mogo Wireless for repairs during the warranty period. To arrange for a repair, or to send in your unit for testing, contact (877) 275-5016.

Are Cell Ranger products compatible work with my carrier?
The Cell Ranger PORT and STIX are compatible every US and Canadian carrier, except for iDEN networks (legacy Nextel, Southern LINC, and MiKE). European carriers use different frequency bands are are not supported by our current products.
Are Cell Ranger products compatible with my phone/datacard?
Our products boost both normal voice and 3G data frequency bands, so no matter which cell phone or data card you have, Cell Ranger is compatible.
Carriers and phones using the iDEN technology are the only cellular devices our products don’t support. Nextel, Southern LINC, and MiKE are the only carriers that make use of iDEN technology.
